Orders, shipment, and returns

Changing your order
If you have not yet completed your order, you can still change it. You can modify the number of items ordered in the selection field. You can add a new item by continuing shopping and you can remove an item from your shopping basket by clicking on the bin icon next to the corresponding item. 
ATTENTION:  Once we have processed your order, you can no longer make any changes.

I did not receive an order confirmation/invoice after placing my order
After placing your order you will always receive an order confirmation/invoice by email from Bredemeijer Group B.V. The invoice may not arrive in your inbox. It is possible that the email was classified as spam by your mail server or that your inbox is full.

Would you still want to receive your order confirmation/invoice? Please contact our customer service. You can do this via or via +31 (0) 88 730 2900 (local rate). You can reach customer service from Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 17:00.

Payment methods
You can pay using the following methods in our web shop: iDEAL, credit card, SOFORT Banking, PayPal and Bancontact.

Shipping costs
The shipping costs of your order are as follows:
Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany: €7.50 (free shipping for orders over €50).
Denmark, France, Luxembourg, and Austria: €15 (free shipping for orders over €75).
Spain, Italy, Monaco, Poland and Czech Republic: €17.50 (free shipping for orders over €75).

When can I expect my order?
If the ordered item is in stock, your order will be presented for dispatch to the carrier within one to two working days. Once the package is presented to the carrier, the following delivery time applies: 

Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg: 24 hours
Germany, Denmark, and France: 48 hours
Austria, Spain, Italy, Monaco, Poland and Czech Republic: 72 hours

It is possible that due to unforeseen circumstances, we are only able to deliver later than communicated. On the other hand, it may happen that we are able to deliver to you earlier.

You can submit your complaint via Please state your order number and provide a full description of the complaint so that we can process it as quickly as possible.

The goods received do not match my order
After every order you will receive an order confirmation/invoice by email. This email lists the products ordered by you. If the order confirmation/invoice does not match the items you received, we kindly request you to contact our customer service. You can do this via or by telephone at +31 (0) 88 730 2900 (local rate). Customer service is available from Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 17:00.

I want to return my item(s)
Did you not order the right product? No problem, you can return the product and get your money back. After receiving the product, a 14 days cooling-off period applies for you to withdraw from or terminate the contract. In this period you can view and assess the article. As soon as you indicate that you wish to use this cooling-off period, you must return the order to us within 14 days. Please use the cancellation form for this (available on our website via this link) or mail the information requested therein to

You can use our freepost number to return the item(s). We require a contribution of €7.50 for expenses. This amount will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
Within 14 days after termination, the amount will be refunded to your account.

The following guidelines apply to returns:
1) There is a 14-day return period for our items. The return period starts on the day you receive the item. Multiple items in a single order? In that case, the return period starts when you have received everything. 

2) The items are returned in the original, undamaged, not defaced factory packaging without tape or (shipping) stickers.

3) The items are complete, not used and undamaged.

Always check whether the item was delivered undamaged and complete, immediately after receipt. If this is not the case, please contact us as soon as possible to report this.
