Tea time recipe: making banana pancakes

 

Easy on Sunday morning… These banana pancakes will make breakfast in bed even more fantastic! Bake and serve with a cup of earl grey tea. For who will you make these pancakes?

 

Recipe banana pancakes

 

What you need

180g flour • 25g cane sugar • 2 tsp baking powder • 3 medium ripe bananas • 220ml almond milk • 2 eggs • 1 pinch of cinnamon • 1 pinch of salt • 60ml sunflower oil • honey

 

Recipe

  1. Add the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt to a mixing bowl and stir.
  2. Add two bananas, eggs, almond milk, and sunflower oil to a separate bowl and mix.
  3. Mix the ingredients together until the batter is smooth.
  4. Place a large frying pan on medium heat and start baking! Bake a pancake until it starts to bubble, then flip over and bake for another 2 minutes.
  5. Serve with a drizzle of honey and sliced banana on top.
